After a red light therapy session, it’s important to stay hydrated and apply a gentle moisturizer to support skin healing. Avoid direct sunlight for at least 24 hours and use mild skincare products to prevent irritation. Ensure you follow your treatment plan and allow your body ample time to rest and recover. If you notice any unusual reactions, consult a healthcare professional for guidance.
Drink 8 to 10 glasses of spring water per day while on program.
Avoid eating one hour before and one hour after each session.
Limit caffeine on the day of treatment to ensure adequate hydration.
10 minutes of exercise is recommended after each session.
Avoid alcohol during the program

During a typical treatment, you will lie face up in our bed for around 10 to 12 relaxing minutes.
